Brief description of site and current use
The building of former industrial plant was complete reconstructed to apartment building with 72 mostly smaller apartments. The site is located in the city centre and has excellent accessibility. Project created a totally new housing units and may partially contribute to the overall improve the perception of the area. The building has six floors, with two highest situated in the attic, in a building there is a lift. Currently there are 72 apartments’ different sizes. The decisive share is smaller apartments of sizes between 23 m² and 99 m². The largest are duplex apartmentsin the attic.
