Dimension

In the context of prioritization, a dimension is a group of factors (and their indicators) of a similar character, i.e., a group of factors representing components of specific phenomena. The Timbre prioritization tool includes by design three dimensions of factors: (i) local redevelopment potential, (ii) site attractiveness and marketability, and (iii) environmental risk.
