Brief description of site and current use

The park is situated  5 km from the city centre, 2 km from country road No. 5 connecting Gdańsk with Poznań; 3 km from country road No. 25 connecting Konin with Koszalin and 8.0 km from country road No. 10 towards Toruń

The BPPT offers investment grounds for sale and lease. This area has very efficient infrastructure, low costs of production and professional secondary services provision

Enterprises located within BPPT operate mainly with production, including building materials, steel, plastic, wood products, fire protection, HVAC, advertising, storage and warehousing and security services, design and technical advice

Dominating elements in Bydgoszcz’s industrial structure: production and telecommunications equipment, alimentary industry, chemical industry, furniture industry, metal industry.
