Brief description of site and current use
Former owner of site got insolvent, shareholder sold property to GESA (on 12.01.2006). Site got completely demolished, including foundation: 41.000 t rubble, 600 t wood, 700 t asbestos, 100 t asphalt felt, 10 t rubber (tires) got disposed. Unpolluted mineral materials were used to prepare surface of site. Works took 10 months (08/2007 – 05/2008) and total costs achieved the amount 518.591,01 € (VAT excl.). 2.087 m² got sold to neighbor (private natural person) rounding his property for commercial purposes. 2.519 m² sold to current owner for trade/industrial/stacking use (Fig 2 und 4). Remaining parcels are ready for sale for commercial (trade or industrial) purposes.
