Connection with the airport (132 km), a highway (next to the E442, 21 km from E65) and the city center (1 km). It is close to Liberec bus station (about 1 km) and railway station (400 m). Centrum Babylon is situated in the inner city, next to the E442 highway type road, which is connection to the E65 highway to Prague. |

Brief description of site and current use
City of Liberec was well known for textile industry. When factories ended its operation, areas became abandoned and dilapidated. Area of Centrum Babylon Liberec was build on brownfield of former textile company named Hedva. Construction of the Centrum Babylon was started in July 1997. In first part of reconstruction was build Shopping center, cafeteria Jizerka and luxury restaurant Luxor. For children there was Lunapark, for adults’ video games and hazard games casino, laser game, bowling and disco club. There was conference hall too, for different occasions. Complex services were gradually added, for example Business center, big parking place, 4 star hotel Babylon and especially thematic aquapark, which became the greatest touristic attraction of whole complex and Liberec region. This activities was realized by 2000. There was opened a new exposition hall in 2001 and in 2005 the hotel was extended. This extension included a new congress hall and capacity of the hotel was raised to 1000 beds. In areal of Centrum Babylon was started service of IQPark, glass labyrinth in 2007. Both of these was built by public benefit corporation Labyrint Bohemia. At the end of the year 2007 there was opened attractive wellness center. New services like XD theater, laser shooting range and golf simulator was created during 2009. And finally in 2010 was improved activities by adventure golf and gastronomy services at golf field in Rozstání, Světlá under Ještěd,
