  • General localization - located in city Kamenz
  • Specific localization – Industrial site, surrounded by residential areas - the former cloth factory was based on two sites separated by residential plots.
  • Local involvement and stakeholders´ collaboration (activities of politicians, community, public, NGO´s) - the City of Kamenz is planning to develop and re-establish the derelict estates in combination with a project to revitalize the area as a nature reserve.
