Project draft was divided into two stages. In the first stage was constructed space for small businesses and offices comprises nearly 8.000 sqm, in the second phase rest of the halls were rebuild for large entrepreneurs.

The factory is located in the formal industrial area Binckhorst in the city of den Hague (app. 490 thousands of inhabitants). Project of redevelopment of the Caballero Fabriek was funded by a European grant and the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The total investment into the project was 10.000.000,- €.
